Want to try something different but stay classy? Then what better drink to make than a Champagne Sour?
- 25ml Mond Vodka
- 25ml Solway Apple Schnapps
- 50ml Champagne Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 Squeezed Lemon
- Strainer and a Shaker
- Put all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (shake without ice).
- Then shake with ice, double strain it and pour.
- Finish with a garnish of brulee (melted sugar) drops on top.
