The Gotcha Mary is a creative twist of The Bloody Mary. This version is just bursting with flavour and will leave you wanting another.
It is currently on the menu at Dean Bank's restaurant The Pompadour in Edinburgh.
- 40ml Mond Vodka
- 75ml Apple Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Gochujang Paste
- 1 Apple or Celery
- Put all the liquid ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour over ice in a tall glass.
- Garnish with Apple slices and celery.
